Evangelist Darnella D. Frazier made her heavenly transition on Sunday January 30, 2022. During her 93 years of living, she was a loving wife, mother, sister, and so much more to many others. She was preceded in death by her husband, Overseer Wardlow Frazier, Sr., children: Frederick (Ernestine), Alvin, Vicky, Terry, and Ziva. Apart no more!
She leaves to cherish her memory, her children: Sharon Frazier, Wardlow Frazier, Jr. (Pamela), Tanya Frazier, Malcolm Frazier, Shelia Ebrahim, and Gwendolyn Roberts. She also had 28 grandchildren; she was a great-grandmother and great-great grandmother, aunt, and friend to many. Heartfelt thanks to Nathaniael Nash who was a devoted companion and helper to Evangelist and Pastor Frazier.
She was a faithful member of Mount Calvary Holiness Church where she served as evangelist, church mother, youth choir director, and choir member for more than 70 years. She was a talented singer, and always sang her favorite song, "God Is Not Dead," If God is dead, what makes the flowers bloom? If God is dead, what makes summer come in June? If God is dead, who is listening and answers prayers?
I'm glad I know He lives, He lives,
He lives, He lives, He lives, He lives.
Her final days and hours were spent quoting scripture and singing! Covid did not win...she fought the good fight, kept the faith and finished the race strong. Now she is present with the Lord...Gone but never forgotten!!! Always and forever in our hearts! Sleep now darling one, sleep.
