Freddie Joe Huffin was born November 22,1956 in Rosehill,NC
to Ulysses D. Huffin and Mary H. Huffin. He departed this
earthly life on Wednesday February 17th. 2021 at the Meridian
Center in High Point NC,
He attended Thomas A. Edison tech High School in Elizabeth ,
New Jersey where he learned the Autobody business, his
passion for that led him to continue pursuing that profession to
owning his own business. His slogan was "When it gets Too
Hard for everybody else, It's JUST RIGHT for us".
He was a member of Mount Calvary Apostolic Holiness Church
in Statesville, North Carolina and loved by the body of Jesus
Christ.
He loved his entire family, the smile on his face and the care for
each one will be remembered and never forgotten.
He was preceded in death by his father Ulysses D. Huffin and
his grandparents on both sides, and his brother Ricky Dean
Huffin.
He leaves to cherish his fond memories to his children. A son
Patrick Keaton , A daughter Kayla Terrell Huffin of Statesville, N
C. and 4 grand children Lorri Lana Davis, Fletcher Donvoy Davis,
Kamden Tyrice Erwin, and Jaya Serenity Wilson.
His mother and step-father Elder Namon and Evangelist Mary
Williams of Winston-Salem, NC, Two brothers Ulysses (Azalee)
Huffin of Winston-Salem NC, Jackie Huffin of Charlotte NC, Two
sisters Evangelist Deborah Cook of Statesville NC, and Valerie
Huffin of Hickory NC, One aunt Inell Davis of Wallace, NC and
one Uncle Lawrence Herring of Rosehill, NC, and a host of
nieces, nephews, cousins, family and special friends. A public viewing will be held Thursday, February 25, 2021 from 1pm until 5pm at Douthit's. A private funeral services will be held Friday, February 26, 2021 and interment will follow in Gardens of Memory. Arrangements are in the care of Douthit Funeral Services.
