Mrs. Lacy B. Dillard age 86, passed away on Wednesday, September 11, 2019. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, September 17, 2019 at Union Baptist Church. Family visitation begins at 11:30am with service following at 12pm. Interment will take place at Carolina Biblical Gardens. Mrs. Dillard may be viewed Monday, September 16, 2019 from 2pm-6pm at Douthit's.
