our beloved friend, our Brother Bear, and fellow brother in the Lord, transitioned to be with the Lord on Thursday, August 24th, 2017.
Minister Lindsey Warren Adams, Jr. was born in Wendell, North Carolina to the late Apostle Lindsey W. Adams, Sr., and Apostle Barbara G. Adams on January 7th, 1978 at Wake Medical Center. He attended the public schools in Wendell and Raleigh, NC. Later, his parents moved the family to Winston-Salem, NC, where he attended the public schools and graduated from Robert B. Glenn High School in 1996. Lindsey Jr. also attended Forsyth Technical Community College where he studied electronic engineering.  After his studies, Lindsey Jr. worked at AMP, later known as Tyco Electronics. After working, Lindsey Jr. transitioned his career and open his retail store called, "What's In Store" in Thomasville, NC.
Minister Lindsey Adams, Jr. leaves to cherish his memories; his loving mother, Apostle Barbara Adams; his siblings Tiffany Adams (Gaithersburg, MD), Minister Kanita Adams (Winston-Salem, NC), LaShaun Adams (Winston-Salem, NC), Deacon DeShaune Adams (Winston-Salem, NC), Cassandra Ward (Hampton, GA) and Martin Gorham (Winston-Salem, NC).
He also leaves to cherish aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and the Born Again Free Church Inc. family.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, Sept. 2, 2017 at 12:00 pm at Born Again Free Deliverance Tabernacle Church of God the Apostle's Faith, 741 Moravia Street, Winston-Salem, NC 27107. The family will receive friends from 11:00 am until 12:00 pm at the church. The remains may be viewed on Friday, September 1st from 2 pm until 6 pm at Douthit's.
