Marcus (MJ) Lee Marshall was born October 8, 2003, in Winston-Salem, NC.to April Taylor and Herman Marshall Jr. He departed this life October 16, 2022. He graduated from North Forsyth High School where he played basketball, MJ Loved basketball, played AAU and High School. He was a funny sweet kind child with an infectious smile. He was current a student at Forsyth Technical College. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather Harry L Reynolds, paternal Herman Marshall Sr. and maternal great grandparents Joseph Sr & Elizabeth R Williams. Leave to cherish him his parents, April and Marcus; maternal Grandmother Martha W. Reynolds, paternal Grandmother Cora Marshall, sisters Adea and Katora Taylor, brothers Markell and Tymere Marshall; nephew Deon, niece Jurmanii; aunt Toyna Renee Taylor close cousins Shakeia and Kamesha; best friend Aseelah ONeal and Janiya Thomas a host of special family and friends. A public viewing will be held Wednesday October 26, 2022, from 1pm until 5pm at Douthit's. Funeral services will be held Thursday October 27, 2022, at 1pm from Douthit's.
