Mary L. James age 67, passed away on Thursday, November 2, 2017 at her home. She is survived by her husband, Mr. Willie L. James; one daughter, Jennifer T. James; a loving grandson, Mikal T. Montgomery, and a host of other relatives and friends. A public viewing will be held on Monday, November 6, 2017 from 2pm-6pm at Douthit Funeral Services of Winston-Salem, NC. Funeral services will be conducted on Thursday, November 9, 2017 at 2pm from the Mount Rona Baptist Church, 245 Lumber Road, Society Hill, SC. Interment will follow at Bethel Baptist Church in Cheraw,SC. Floral arrangements may be forwarded to Grooms Funeral Home, 1071 Hwy 1 S., Cheraw, SC, (843-537-4712).
