Mr. Percy "Paul" Mitchell 81, passed away Wednesday, April 17, 2019. Funeral Services will be held Wednesday, April 24, 2019 at St. James United Methodist Church in Rural Hall, NC. Family visitation begins at 12:30pm with service following at 1:00pm. Mr. Mitchell may be viewed Tuesday, April 23, 2019 from 2pm-6pm at Douthit's.
