Funeral Services will be held Saturday, June 29, 2019 at Kimberly Park Holiness Church. Family visitation begins at 11:00am with service following at 12pm. Interment will take place at Piedmont Memorial Gardens. Mrs. Carter may be viewed Friday, June 28th from 2pm-6pm at Douthit's.
