Talisha Howell was born April 18, 1983, in Winston-Salem, NC to Lisa J. Glenn and Terry Howell. Talisha graduated from North Forsyth High School class of 2001, she went on to study at Forsyth Tech and Rasmussen University where she received a degree in Early Childhood Development. She also attended Cosmetology School. She employed by WSFCs School @ North Hill Elementary, she also worked for Bright Horizon@ Wake Forest Baptist Hospital for many years, she was a member of Sigma Chi Psi Ko Lata Sorority. She also enjoyed Big Girls Modeling. She also was an Ambassador for the Tori' Choice LLC. Talisha was a loving, caring giving passionate person and will truly be missed by her loved ones and friends. She was preceded in death by her paternal and maternal grandparents. She is survived by her parent Lisa (Cedric) Glenn and Terry Howell, her wife Jocelyn Petty, her children Ajoyia Howell, Brooke Johnson and Rhian Johnson. One godson Kai'cere Pender one grandson Taelyn Howell, one brother Tamont Lewis, a nephew Kymani Lewis and a host of aunts, uncle, cousins, work mom Valerie Jones, friends and other relatives. A public viewing will be held Friday February 9, 2024, from 1pm until 5pm at Douthit's. Funeral services will be held Saturday February 10, 2024, at 11:30 am from Douthit's. The family will receive friends at 11:00 a.m. Arrangements are in the care of Douthit Funeral Service.
