Tujunita L. Hauser, affectionately known as "Peanut" was a
native of Winston Salem, NC. She peacefully transitioned to
be with Jesus, Friday July 30, 2021 at her home unexpectedly. She was born October 23, 1963 to Bettie L. Hauser of Winston Salem, NC. Tujunita graduated from Parkland High School, class of '82 and taught early childhood education for many years. She was currently an employee for The City of Winston Salem. She is survived by her daughter Tiyuanna L. Hauser, two grandchildren, Brandyn and Rylan Hauser, two brothers; Curtis and Keith Hauser, and a very devoted niece/daughter; Laquanda Norwood She was preceded in death by her two brothers; Jerry and Maurice Hauser all of Winston Salem, NC The viewing will be held Saturday August 7, 2021 at Douthit Funeral Home from 1p-5p. Repass will follow at 1118 West 13 th St. Winston Salem, NC 27105.A public viewing will be held Saturday, August 7, 2021 from 1pm until 5pm at Douthit's. There will be no services. Arrangements are in the care of Douthit Funeral Services.
