Verla Dover was born December 10, 1936, to the late Burt and Viola Cuthbertson. She excepted Christ at an early age. She was the youngest of four children. She had two brothers James (JM), Albert (Sonny) and a sister Rosette (Kootie). Verla married Nebraska Dover SR. January 19, 1957. Out of that union two son's was born Nebraska JR, and Nephren.
Mrs. Dover was a very caring women, she gave unconditionally of herself.
Mrs. Dover was a caregiver for several family members, her mother Mrs. Viola, her mother-in-law Mrs. Dover, her husband Mr. Nebraska Dover SR until their death. She also took care of her brother-in-law Ransy until he was hospitalized. Mrs. Dover was loved by many. She would always say "Don't worry God got it". She didn't believe in getting even, just loving .She leaves to cherish her memories, two son's Rev Nebraska Dover JR (Patricia) and Nephren Dover, three granddaughters Shalonda, Nekeesha, and Nayosha. A host of nieces and one nephew. She was preceded in death by her 2 brothers, sister, mother, father-in-law, mother-in-law, and he husband.
She will truly be missed, her soul is ANCHORED in the Lord, rest in peace MOTHER DOVERA memorial service will be held Monday, November 22, 2021 at 12pm from Douthit's. There will be no public viewing. Arrangements are in the care of Douthit Funeral Services.
