Victoria Racqual Fenner, 32 lovingly known as "Tori" departed this life on Friday Dec 2, 2022 at her home.
Tori was born May 26,1990 to Delshanna "Renae" Stokes and Otto Fenner Jr. She touched the lives of everyone she knew. Tori was not only the life of the party but she was "The Party"!
Tori obtained her high school diploma in 2008 from TW Andrew's in High Point, NC. and graduated from North Carolina Central University in 2012 with a bachelor's in early childhood education. She was currently employed at Dairy Fresh as a Machine Operator.
Tori was preceded in death by her big sister QuaShawn "TUNKA" Janae a Stokes, Maternal Grandmother, Loretta Stokes & Paternal Grandmother Vickie Fenner. She leaves to cherish her memory two Beautiful Daughters; Harlem Fenner (8) and Harmoni Fenner (2) . Aside from her mother, Renae and Father, Otto, Tori had the honor of being surrounded by a village of family and friends. During her brief Illness her Stepfather John Richardson, a Special friend "Buddy" and Kayla Burgos could always be found helping her and her children In ANY capacity. The village also included Adrian (Lenell)Lacks, siblings Tyson Payne, Otto Fenner III, Londyn Fenner, Modesty Hooper, John Richardson III, Talli Price, Mohagany Richardson and a host of Cousins, Aunts, Uncles and Friends. A public viewing will be Friday December 9, 2022, from 1pm until 5pm at Douthit's. Funeral service will be held Saturday December 10, 2022, at 1pm from Galilee Missionary Baptist Church and interment will follow in Piedmont Memprial Gardens.
