Angela Denise Richardson, 54, passed away Wednesday, July 19th at Atrium Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center. Ms. Richardson was born January 28, 1969, in Winston Salem, NC to Jesse and Josephine Richardson. Angela was a 1998 graduate of West Forsyth High School and 2008 graduate of Gardner Webb with a BS in Accounting. She was an employee of Inmar Intelligence for 15 years. She was a devout member of Genesis Victory Outreach Center and had been the church secretary for 7 years. Angela was preceded in death by her father Jesse Richardson. Surviving family includes her mother, Josephine Richardson; siblings: Janice Johnson, Jessica (Marc Raye Sr.), George Richardson, and Nashaunda Richardson; nephew Marc Raye Jr.; niece Marje' Raye, and a host of other relatives. A public viewing will be held Tuesday July 25, 2023, from 2pm until 5pm at Douthit's. Funeral services will be conducted at 11:30 a.m., Wednesday, July 26, 2023, at Genesis Victory Outreach Center. Eldress Pollard will officiate and interment to follow in Piedmont Memorial Gardens. The family will have visitation at the church from 11:00-11:30 with the funeral immediately following.
