Mary Loretta Foy Johnson On October 22, 2021, early morning at Kate B Reynolds Hospice House. Mary Loretta Foy Johnson spirit took flight. Loretta was born to the late Roberta Foy and Lloyd Benson. She was employed by RJR and retired after 32 years of service. Loretta was affectionally called “Lo” at times and was loved by many. Loretta was a faithful member of Union Baptist Church for over 68 years. She was a world traveler who enjoyed life to the fullest. She was also committed to her Red Hat Organization “The Women of Excellence” She loved and cherish her family especially her fur baby “Mason” Loretta was always cooking, entertaining and traveling. She loved life. She leaves to cherish her loving memories, daughter Pamela Johnson Hinton, Son Renzie Johnson Jr. one grandson Ryan C Johnson and 3 Great grandchildren, Saniya Johnson, Cayden Johnson, Rylan Johnson and her lifelong sister friend Ciesta Funderburk and a host of cousins, friends and family. A public viewing will be held Friday, October 29, 2021 from 1pm until 5pm at Douthit's Funeral services will be held Saturday, October 30, 2021 at 10:00am from Union Baptist Church and interment will follow in Gardens of Memory. Arrangements are in the care of Douthit Funeral Services.
