Mr. Arthur Lee Penn, Jr. age 56, passed away Saturday, March 7, 2020. Funeral services will be conducted at 1pm on Friday, March 13, 2020 at Douthit's, with visitation beginning at 12:30pm. Interment will follow at Benbow Chapel AME Zion Church Cemetery. Mr. Penn may be viewed Thursday, March 12, 2020 from 2pm-6pm at Douthit's.
