Diana M. Ortiz- Psalm of Walkertown, NC passed away peacefully on November 20. Born in Brooklyn, NY, Diana brought love, laughter, and honesty to everyone she met. She owned her own cleaning business, At Your Service by Diana, and previously worked at Chick-Fil-A and MetLife.
Diana loved bingo, baking, playing Candy Crush, and most of all spending time with her family. She was selfless, silly, genuine, and made everyone feel welcomed, understood, and cared for. Her greatest accomplishment was the love she gave so freely and generously.

She is survived by her loving husband of 43 years Tony, her daughter Shantel, granddaughter Anevaeh, sisters, Christine, Belinda, Ruth, and brothers Richard and Luis. She now joins her mother Christina, father Luis, sister Nellie, brother Vinny, and nephews Sonny and Michael in eternal peace, along with many more loved ones who have welcomed her home.
Her memory will live on in the stories she left us, the recipes she shared, and the warmth of her unforgettable phrases:

Diana's life was a testament to love- simple, pure, and given freely. May we honor her by loving others the way she did.
Memorial Services will be held on Saturday December 6, 2025 at 11:00am from the Ronnie Douthit Chapel. There will be no public viewing. Arrangements are in the care of Douthit Funeral Services.
