Mrs. Mae Katherine Patrick Reaves aka "Sister" or "Mae Katherine" was born March 22, 1950 to the late Herman G. Patrick and Emmaline B. Patrick in Alamance County, North Carolina. A home going celebration will be held on Saturday, May 26, 2018 at New Story Church, 1024 Waughtown Street with Dr. Johnny D. Johnson, Eulogist. Family visitation will begin at 11:30am with service following at 12:00pm. Interment will follow at Piedmont Memorial Gardens. Mrs. Reaves may be viewed on Friday, May 25, 2018 from 2pm-6pm at Douthit Funeral Services. The family would like to extend a special thank you to Meals on Wheels and K. B. Reynolds Hospice.
