A Public Viewing will be held on Friday, May 15, 2026, from 1:00 PM until 5:00 PM at Douthit Funeral Services, located at 515 Specialty Park Drive, Winston-Salem, NC 27105.

The family will receive friends for a Family Visitation on Saturday, May 16, 2026, from 1:00 PM until 1:30 PM at Transition Ministries, located at 929 Old Hollow Road, Winston-Salem, NC 27105.

The Funeral Service will follow on Saturday, May 16, 2026, at 1:30 PM at TranZition MinistrieZ, located at 929 Old Hollow Road, Winston-Salem, NC 27105.
