After a life’s journey of 87 blessed years, Ms. Myrtice Virginia Ellis has finished her earthly course. She fought the good fight, she kept the faith, and now her labor is complete.

Today, we do not simply reflect upon the closing of a chapter, but we give thanks for a life that was lived, a journey that was traveled, and memories that will remain in the hearts of those who loved her. Though her presence will be deeply missed, may her family find comfort in knowing that a life of love leaves a legacy that death cannot erase.
