Ms. Pamela Jean Ross was born July 21, 1972, in Forsyth County, Winston-Salem North Carolina. She departed this life on Saturday January 18, 2024. She was a graduate of RJ Reynolds High School. She was a former Accountant specialist at National General Insurance Company. Pamela was a loving daughter, mother, grand-mother and great friend to all, it's rare in life that one can find a true friend, someone to confide in, someone to truly trust, we all found that in her. She was very outgoing she ran marathons, she did cycling and loved to travel. She was proceeded in death by her father Carl Ross, stepfather Calvin Scales, Grandfather William Fisher. She is survived by her two devoted sons Diron Ross and Dontae Ross, loving and devoted mother Deborah Ross; Grandmother Arlene Hall all of Winston-Salem; Four sister's Brittany Southerland(Terrance), Shannon Moore(Curtis) of Charlotte, North Carolina, Tammy Green(Kevin) of Lexington North Carolina, Michelle Jackson (Blu); One brother Javor Hunt (Megan) all of Winston-Salem; Seven grand-children Jodi Ross, Jada Ross, Jamiya Ross, Kasmir Ross, Zhymir Ross, Diron Ross Jr, Uniya Manning-Ross; Seven aunts Avis Mcintyre of Ohio, Barbara Williams of Maryland, Bessie Smith, Melinda Hall, Beverly Holbrook, Lavern Fisher all of Winston-Salem, Patricia Hall of Walkertown; Three uncles Carlos Berry of Ohio, Robert Fisher (Tanya), William Fisher (Flo) of Winston-Salem; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. A public viewing will be held Tuesday January 28, 2025, from 1pm until 5pm at Douthit's. Funeral services will be held Wednesday January 29, 2025, ant 12:30pm from St. John Baptist Church and interment will follow in Gardens of Memory. The family will receive friends at 12:00pm Arrangements are in the care of Douthit Funeral Services.
