Robin P. Howell, affectionately known as Robell, age 58, of Winston-Salem, N.C., was born on March 31, 1967.
Robin entered her eternal home on May 3, 2025, in the comfort of her home. To know Robin is to love Robin. She brought light to many dark places with her jokes, laughter and infectious smile. Robin, the life of the party, enjoyed time well spent with family and friends. She will be truly missed by many.
Robin is preceded in death by her mother, Juanita Howell, father, Don Hatchett, brother, Timothy Howell, and niece, Teneka Howell. She was educated in the public schools of Winston-Salem/Forsyth County.
Robin leaves to cherish her memories, her spouse, Bernard Hayes, sons, Frederick Howell, Kedrick Howell and Jalen Hayes, all of Winston-Salem, N.C., grandchildren, Kyle and Ciya Robin Howell, siblings, Alice (Woodrow) Johnson, James Howell, Michael (Lottie) Howell of Charlotte, N.C., Terry Howell, Rayvon Howell, Carl Lee (Debra) Howell, Barbara (Melvin) White, and Sharon Smith, special nieces, Jacquese Peebles, Ashley Peebles and Torri, a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, friends and her Hayes family. A public viewing will be held Thursday May 8, 2025, from 1pm until 5pm at Douthit's. Funeral services will be held Friday May 9, 2025, at 12:30pm from Power of God in Christ Ministries 414 Mason Street, Winston-Salem, NC. The family will receive friends at 12pm.
