Terri Renee Edwards-Hill, affectionately known by her family and friends as "Bae'Bae" was a fun-loving free spirit who always bring laughter and joy to everyone. Her smile was infectious and filled with warmth and acceptance. She was a strong lady who was devoted to her family and friends. She loved good conversation and would express her excitement by saying "you lying". She enjoyed cooking and is known for her tasty broccoli casserole. Most of all, she was a nurturing mother and grandmother who was selfless in making sure that they were cared for and loved. Truly, the love of her life was her children.
"Bae Bae" received her education in the Winston-Salem Forsyth County school system. After graduation, she worked as a CNA. She is preceded in death by her husband and true love, Bobby Hill; parents Eugene and Henrietta (Smith) m all of the city, Tory Edwards( Keisha) and nephew/son Derek Edwards of Arizona, Tiffany Edwards, Tisha Henderson, Telia Edwards, Tiarra Edwards, Tenisha Edwards, Terri Mitchell; Grandchildren Jeremy, Ivyonna, Danny, Joshua, Tory, Chosen, Zion; sisters Maggie McMoore and Eugenia Edwards: brothers Noel Gandy and David Edwards; Special Nephew Kerri Smith and Niece Kim(Smith)Makins; Aunts Betty(Smith)Warren and Geraldine (Henderson)Jones and a host of nieces, nephews and cousins.
A public viewing will be held Monday, May 8, 2023, from 1pm until 5pm at Douthit's. Funeral services will be held Tuesday May 9, 2023, at 1pm from Douthit's. The family will receive friends at 12:30pm.
