Mr. Theodore Welch age 86, passed away Friday, October 4, 2019. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, October 9, 2019 at Mt. Vernon Baptist Church. Family visitation will begin at 12:00pm with service following at 1:00pm. Mr. Welch may be viewed Tuesday, October 8, 2019 from 2pm-6pm at Douthit Funeral Services.
