Tony L. Terry December 25,1957-June 25,2024Tony L. Terry passed away early Tuesday morning June 25, 2024, at Forsyth Medical center in Winston-Salem, after a brief but courageous battle with cancer. Surround by his by his family. He graduated from East Forsyth high school. He also served in the military, he loved to go +shing, traveling and playing his base guitar. Tony's favorite football team is the San Francisco 49ers. He worked at Hayward pools incorporated, in Clemmons N.C. Tony was preceded in death by his mother Martha Terry and brother James Terry. Survived by Father Leroy Terry, his son Todd Shepard (wife Sarah Shepard), daughter Ashley Terry, sister Dorothy Thompson (husband Pete Thompson), brother Kevin Terry (wife Patricia Terry) brother Derwin Terry (wife Ann Terry) and sister Gloria Terry. He also leaves behind his grandchildren William, Joseph, Nefertiti, and Savon. He leaves behind so many nieces and nephews and cousins. A memorial service will Wednesday July 3, 2024, at 10:00 am from Galilee Missionary Baptist Church 4129 Northampton Dr. There will be no public viewing. Arrangements are in the care of Douthit Funeral Services.
