The journey of William Bernard Hamilton began when he entered this world as an older brother, born to the late Willie Hamilton and Emma Jean Barber-Hamilton on January 24, 1966, in New York, New York. His earthly journey ended on September 28, 2022, when he peacefully transitioned to Heaven. During his time on earth, he positively impacted and blessed the lives of many.
"Big Will", as he affectionately was called by many, was educated in the Forsyth County Schools, graduating from East Forsyth High School, class of 1984. His prior employment was with Johnson Controls, and fulfilled his employment at East Penn Manufacturing Company, in the City, as an Order Selector since 1984. William was a "gentle giant" who often stated, " I love praying to the Lord, and He answers my prayers", with a servant's heart. He will be remembered for an earthly journey where he showed us what it means to be a loving and devoted husband, son, father, grandfather, sibling, family member, friend and neighbor.
